Biography
Sabath Ngogo is a Partner at Amplify Legal with over 10 years of experience advising and representing corporate clients across a broad range of commercial and legal matters.
He has particular experience in banking and financial services, having successfully acted for banks and financial institutions in debt recovery, enforcement of securities and complex commercial disputes. His experience includes advising lenders on recovery strategies, enforcement proceedings and litigation aimed at protecting and recovering substantial financial exposures.
Sabath also advises businesses on commercial contracts, corporate matters, dispute resolution and litigation, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to complex legal challenges.
His ability to combine strong litigation advocacy with commercial understanding enables clients to protect their interests, manage legal risk and pursue effective resolution of disputes. He has represented clients before the High Court, Commercial Division and other courts and tribunals in Tanzania.
