Irene Nganga heads Amplify Legal’s ESG and Human Rights practice. She has extensive experience advising on environmental, social and governance matters, workplace human rights, responsible business practices and the development and implementation of institutional policies.
She has gained significant practical experience working with leading multinational organisations, including Unilever PLC and LIPTON Teas and Infusions B.V. Irene supports clients in developing effective ESG frameworks, workplace human-rights policies, responsible labour practices and compliance systems aligned with international standards and business operations.
