Biography
Alhaji Majogoro is a Partner at Amplify Legal and heads the Firm’s Employment & Labour Relations Practice and Mwanza Office. He has over 10 years’ experience in employment and labour law, with particular expertise in mining-sector employment and industrial relations.
Prior to joining Amplify Legal, Alhaji worked with the National Union of Mine and Energy Workers of Tanzania (NUMET), gaining valuable insight into trade union relations, collective bargaining and workplace disputes. He has extensive experience advising and representing employers and employees on employment contracts, disciplinary matters, termination, retrenchment, redundancy, workplace investigations, collective bargaining, labour disputes and employment litigation.
His combination of employment law expertise, litigation experience and practical industrial-relations knowledge enables him to provide commercially focused advice that helps clients manage workforce risk, resolve disputes and maintain productive employment relationships.
He advises clients across mining, manufacturing, construction, security, logistics, agriculture and other labour intensive sectors, and is particularly experienced in complex employment matters involving mining operations.
